The high aerosol tin can materials are carefully selected for durability, corrosion resistance and pressure resistance. The manufacturing process has several stages:

Material preparation: Cut the tinplate sheet to the appropriate size based on the desired can size.

Shaping: The sheets are then formed into a cylindrical shape using specialized machinery, ensuring precise dimensions and seam integrity.

Seams: The formed cylinder is seam welded to create an airtight seal, which is critical to containing pressurized contents.
