Product Introduction
High pressure Aerosol tin can with pressure relief function, usually use for butane, 134a refrigerant, air duster and so on. Customized high-pressure aerosol can thicken, deformation pressure ≥ 19 Bar, burst pressure ≥ 21 Bar. 3-piece aerosol tin can necked-in type with customize CMYK 4 colors printing. The high aerosol tin can materials are carefully selected for durability, corrosion resistance and pressure resistance. The manufacturing process has several stages:

Material preparation: Cut the tinplate sheet to the appropriate size based on the desired can size.

Shaping: The sheets are then formed into a cylindrical shape using specialized machinery, ensuring precise dimensions and seam integrity.

Seams: The formed cylinder is seam welded to create an airtight seal, which is critical to containing pressurized contents.

Interior Coating: To prevent corrosion and maintain product integrity, the interior of the tank is coated with a protective coating.

Quality Control: Rigorous quality checks are conducted throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
