Quality Control:

The canning inspection process is as follows:
1. Initial inspection: After the machine is adjusted produced for cans various tests, including lid hook/body hook, tank height, burst pressure, deformation pressure, and appearance.  
Initial inspection items:
A. Tear open the weld (test lid seal)
B. Copper sulfate soaking (soak in copper sulfate for 3 minutes and check for rust)
C. Pressure test 
2. Pre-produce cans, and passed the air leakage test and water testing. 
3. When screwing the cap, check the quality of the upper and lower caps.  
4. Avoid scratches and found the reasons and adjust it during production. 
5. During continuous production, check the size of the empty can, the appearance of the seams, the appearance of the can body, and the printing of the can body every hour. 
Sealing function:
 - Visually inspect the lid seal and use a wrench to pull the seam.
 - Anti-rust function:
 Test the anti-rust function by soaking in copper sulfate for 3 minutes.
