Aerosol Can Usage
The Diameter 65mm Necked-in Aerosol Can is an important container widely used in the chemical industry. This type of can offers several notable features and advantages. Firstly, its 65mm diameter provides a suitable capacity for holding various chemical substances, allowing for efficient packaging and transportation. The necked-in design ensures a secure seal, minimizing the risk of leakage and ensuring the integrity of the chemicals inside.
In the chemical industry, these cans are crucial for storing and dispensing a wide range of products, such as solvents, cleaners, and specialty chemicals. Their durability and resistance to corrosion make them suitable for handling different types of aggressive chemicals. Moreover, the aerosol format enables convenient application and dosing of the chemicals, enhancing user experience and efficiency in various industrial processes.
The use of Diameter 65mm Necked-in Aerosol Cans also contributes to safety in the chemical industry. They are designed to meet specific standards and regulations to ensure proper handling and storage of potentially hazardous substances. Additionally, their recognizable shape and design facilitate proper identification and handling in industrial settings. Overall, these cans play a vital role in the packaging and utilization of chemicals in the chemical industry, providing a reliable and practical solution for the storage and application of a diverse range of substances.
Quality Control
The canning inspection process is as follows:
1. Initial inspection: After the machine is adjusted produced for cans various tests, including lid hook/body hook, tank height, burst pressure, deformation pressure, and appearance.
Initial inspection items:
- Tear open the weld (test lid seal)
- Copper sulfate soaking (soak in copper sulfate for 3 minutes and check for rust)
- Pressure test
2. Pre-produce cans: Passed the air leakage test and water testing.
3. Cap Assembly: When screwing the cap, check the quality of the upper and lower caps.
4. Defect Prevention: Avoid scratches and found the reasons and adjust it during production.
5. Continuous Monitoring: During continuous production, check the size of the empty can, the appearance of the seams, the appearance of the can body, and the printing of the can body every hour.
Sealing & Anti-rust Function:
- Sealing function: Visually inspect the lid seal and use a wrench to pull the seam.
- Anti-rust function: Test the anti-rust function by soaking in copper sulfate for 3 minutes.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the thickness specifications for the 65mm necked-in aerosol cans?
For normal pressure requirements, the can body thickness is 0.18mm with a cone/dome thickness of 0.32mm. For high-pressure requirements, the can body thickness is 0.21mm or 0.23mm with a cone/dome thickness of 0.4mm.
What printing options are available for the aerosol cans?
We offer CMYK or Pantone color printing on the outside of the cans. For the inside, options include plain or gold lacquer finishes to suit your product requirements.
What is the typical delivery time and payment terms?
Our standard delivery time is 15 days after receiving the deposit (urgent orders can be accommodated upon request). Our payment terms are 30% T/T in advance and the remaining 70% T/T against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
How do you ensure the quality and safety of your aerosol cans?
We implement a strict quality control process. This includes initial checks (weld tear testing, 3-minute copper sulfate soaking for rust prevention, and pressure tests), pre-production air and water leakage tests, cap quality checks, and hourly inspections of can dimensions, seams, bodies, and printing during continuous production.
What are the main manufacturing steps in the production process?
Our production process consists of 5 main steps: 1. Iron-cutting of raw tinplate; 2. Tin-printing according to customer design; 3. Cone & Dome pressing; 4. Aerosol can making across 8 production lines (utilizing SOUDRONIC welding and auto-inspection machines); 5. Packing using pallets or cartons.
Why is the 65mm necked-in aerosol can preferred in the chemical industry?
The 65mm diameter provides an efficient capacity for packaging and transport. The necked-in design ensures a secure seal that minimizes leakage risks, while the durable tinplate material offers corrosion resistance against aggressive chemical substances like solvents and cleaners.
